7 Cards

The speed we worked, the need to work back and forth between pieces, and the firm deadline are things that were new to you.  How did working on this series in this manner help you in thinking about how to go about working on a concentration?

I loved this project from the beginning. I was excited about keeping a consistent concentration going through the seven cards, but the deadline was something I needed to keep into consideration. Towards the end I was scurrying to finish my last two cards. I was stressed with having to assign them proper elements and principles. But once I knew what I wanted to do and keep as my concentration, the constructing (cutting, and glueing, and spray-painting) was easy.
I think at first it will be difficult to think of a concentration for AP Art. But I know that once I have a really great idea that I'm also excited about, creating my pieces will become easy.
